The founder of Eddlee Food Services is Mr. Mohd Eddlee bin Hj. Ismail and his father. Mainly,Mr. Hj. Ismail bin Mohamed, the person who is responsible in ensuring that the company has running smoothly. Eddlee Food Services has been registered under the Companies Act 1965 on year 1999, while the restaurant Eddlee Fried Chicken was registered in year 2003

Back in the days in 1999, Mr. Mohd Edldlee started his business from the small stall in night market. During that time, he was only selling his special homemade fried chicken. At first, the business was going pretty slow. However, he was very confident in his recipes of fresh chicken which coated in secret ingredients of spices and seasoning, people slowly started to get attracted to buy it. After a few months, the homemade fried chicken got its own attention from the local.

Everynight, Mr. Edldlee’s fried chicken will be sold out like hot cakes and it became a must food to buy whenever people go to Pengkalan Chepa night market. Within the couple years, he did not continue his journey of selling at the night market because people come to him instead. Thus, he opened his first ever restaurant that is called Eddlee FriedChicken at Jalan Baung, Kota Bharu Kelantan in 2013.
