Here is a video that talks about Equitable Digital Access.
Ensuring equitable digital access in your classroom depends on the classroom itself. There are four different types of classrooms. The first classroom is where available technology is extremely limited. A classroom like this would have only two devices available for use. These students would have to get in groups and alternate using the devices with bookwork or working with the teacher. The second type of classroom would be one where technology is scarcely limited. A classroom like this would have enough devices available to where students could pair up and have a device to work with. The third type of classroom would be one where technology is available on a one to one. This classroom would have a digital device available to every student. The final type of classroom would be one in which some students have their own device and the classroom has enough devices available for any student that does not have their own device.
When students are given adequate access to technology learning can be enhanced and the results can be astounding. Below is a video that talks about the positives that can come from students having access to technology.
