Our mission

We strengthen youth organisations and communities by developing strategic communication, promoting inclusive participation and creating learning opportunities for young people and youth workers.

Our work supports dialogue, accessibility and the integration of migrants through education, cooperation and practical tools.

Our projects bring together young people, educators and organisations from different backgrounds. Through youth initiatives, educational visits, creative learning methods and cultural dialogue, we continue building bridges between communities.

Because when communication becomes clear, participation grows. And when people participate, communities become stronger.

Timeline:

From cultural exchange to youth empowerment

2014 – Beginning

Study trips to Finland began through the Сultural center Ugrin Paikka in Sippola, Kouvola. International students got to know the Finnish education system and visited schools and universities.

2020 – Pandemic and change

COVID-19 interrupted international travel and study visits. We began to develop our operations in a new direction towards youth work, education and international cooperation.

2023 – New phase

The Educational Initiatives Center was established, launching new programs in Finland, including support of youth initiatives and workshops for youth workers and educators. We also began organizing study visits to Finland for groups of international educators.

2026 – Growth and cooperation

We expand our operations into youth projects, training and international partnerships. The focus is on youth participation, strategic communication and inclusive learning.

Different path – same purpose:

to create opportunities for learning, cooperation and meaningful participation.

We believe that when people understand each other better, they can work together more effectively and create positive change.
