The first edition of the European Conference on Scientific Machine Learning with Applications in Science and Engineering (ESML 2027) will take place in February 2027 in Naples, Italy. 

The inaugural event, which aims to bring together mathematicians, computer scientists, physicists, and engineers working on the theoretical foundations and applications of scientific machine learning. The conference will provide a forum for interdisciplinary discussions on novel mathematical methods, computational techniques, and real-world applications in this emerging field.  It will also provide an important opportunity for young researchers, PhD studetns and PostDocs to engage with world-experts in SciML, present their work, and build new collaborations.
