Guidelines for Abstract Preparation
Authors are required to submit their abstracts exclusively through the provided Google form upload link.
The abstract must be written in English and should not exceed 250 words and include 5 relevant keywords.
Authors are requested to mention Conference Thrust area (on top) followed by Session Head (available in Registration form).
The title of the paper should be concise, specific, and informative, with a maximum length of 25 words.
Following the title, the names of the author(s) along with their affiliations should be listed.
The corresponding author's name should be marked with an asterisk (*), and the presenting author's name should be underlined, followed by their email IDs.
The abstract must be typed on an A4 page with 1-inch margins on all sides. The document should be formatted in Times New Roman font, size 12, and double-spaced.
All submission will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Accepted abstracts will be notified via registered email by 05 December 2025.
Guidelines for Full Paper Preparation
We are welcoming the Authors who are interested to submit their full-length papers in ECS-B.
Once the abstract has been accepted by the review panel and it will be intimated through your registered email id and request you to submit full-length paper.
We have the three (3) options for publishing our conference papers (visit PUBLICATION section for more details).
Book of Abstract (with ISBN), Conference Proceeding (with ISBN & Individual DOI for each submission) and Journal Articles (Scopus/Web Science indexed Journals).
All these three option publications will be made through our collaborators and publishing partners.
After the selection of options by authors, it will be redirect to concern publishers, for guidelines of full-length paper preparation and authors instructions.
