PAST EVENTS
The "Yes, I Will" Vision Board Workshop
Hosted by Bright Light Creative. Sponsored by Emerald Coast Period Pantry
Vision Board 2026 is a guided vision board experience created for motivated, professional women who are ready to get intentional about the year ahead—without letting pressure, perfection, or overwhelm get in the way.
Bright Light Creative hosted multiple vision board sessions in 2025, and the energy was incredible: meaningful conversations, lots of laughs, real breakthroughs, and women leaving the room feeling focused and fired up. This January, we’re bringing it back ONE time only to kick off 2026 in the best way.
Turn “I should” into “I will.” Kick off 2026 with clarity + confidence.
Feel free to bring a new, wrapped period product for the Emerald Coast Period Pantry. Your gift helps stock 7 local pantries supporting our community.

Period Poverty: What Is It and Why Does It Matter?
Universalist Unitarian Fellowship of the Emerald Coast
Come join the UUFEC at their church service on Sunday, January 11, 2026 at 10am to learn all about period poverty. This will be a powerful, eye-opening presentation led by Samantha Sanabria, founder of Emerald Coast Period Pantry. Through personal storytelling, real-world data, and community impact, Samantha explores what period poverty is, how it affects menstruators of all ages, and why access to menstrual products is a matter of dignity and equity. This talk challenges stigma, sparks honest conversation, and offers practical ways audiences can help create change locally and beyond.

Hugs for the Holidays 2025
The holiday season can be tough for many in the LGBTQIA+ community, with over 40% of queer youth reporting family rejection. Join ECPP in supporting Free Mom Hugs' mission to create a warm and supportive environment for those who may not have a safe place to call home during the holidays.
Let's come together to celebrate love, acceptance, and community! We'll share a meal, create lasting connections, and fill the room with the warmth of chosen family.
This is a free event for the local queer community and allies - tickets are required for capacity purposes only.
We'll have a table set up so you can learn all about what we do and how you can support. We'll also be collecting period products to stock our pantries, so feel free to bring a package or two!
No Kings Day Pt. 2
Emerald Coast Period Pantry teamed up with the Panhandle Women's Project at No Kings Day 2.0 on October 18 to share our missions: to make sure every woman's voice is heard. We talked to so many great people who were there to fight for democracy and support grassroots organizations like ours!
Panhandle Women's Project x Emerald Coast Period Pantry
✨ The Emerald Coast Period Pantry and local nonprofit the Panhandle Women's Project are teaming up to tackle period poverty. Introducing -> Stock the Pantry: A Period Product Donation Drive! ✨
The goal is to collect 1,000 period products for menstruators in our community. Period poverty is an issue that impacts people who can’t afford menstrual products. Period poverty forces students to miss school, women to miss work, and too many to choose between basic needs. Period pantries help by making sure everyone has access to the products they deserve.
🩸 We are accepting donations of:
• Pads
• Tampons
• Panty liners
• Menstrual cups/discs
• Period underwear
• Wipes
• Tide stain pens
• Hygiene products (body wash, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, lotion, etc.)
• Cleaning products (paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, sponges, cleaning spray, etc.)
We’re so grateful for the support of Niceville High School Key Club and many other amazing student-run organizations who are helping us make this possible!
