Panel sessions will be held in the Nissan Lecture Theatre located on the ground floor of the Nissan Institute of Japanese Studies.

Lunch will be provided for registered symposium participants at the Dining Hall in the Hilda Besse Building at St Antony's College, which is located next to the Nissan Institute of Japanese Studies. Coffee breaks will be held in the Buttery of the Hilda Besse Building.
