In the next 12 months,
- We recruiting low-wage workers to attend Wage Justice Clinics hosted by CRLA to prevent and redressing wage theft.
- We are working with CRLA to train EJA member organization staff to support low-wage clients in identifying wage theft, filing claims and seeking redress.
- We are supporting the work of the UCSC Center for Labor Studies on the lack of affordable housing for low-wage workers in this county.
- We are engaging and organizing low wage workers around these issues with the goal of increased involvement and leadership development. This engagement will focus around educating workers on their rights withing existing labor law and working towards strengthened enforcement.

- Get trained! Learn to identify wage labor violations and help your clients make their claims
- Refer clients who may be experiencing labor violations to legal counsel with CRLA and EJA
- Bolster your social service referral system to better identify and address client claims
- Host a wage theft clinic at your program site in order to better reach clients and support undocumented people in making their wage labor claims
- Attend our general membership meeting every other month (see calendar for details)
