WELCOME COCKTAIL

All participants are invited to join the Welcome Cocktail Reception on 8th of June at 19:00. The cocktail reception will take place at Caffè Pedrocchi, Via VIII Febbraio, 15.

APERTIFS AND JAZZ CONCERT OF THE UNIPD BIG BAND

All participant are invited to join a live music aperitif on the first day of the conference, 9th of June at 19:15, right after the end of the keynote lecture on that day. The event will take place at "Cittadella dello Studente", Via Venezia 20. On that occasion, the Big Band of the University of Padova will play a Jazz reportoire.

SOCIAL DINNER

The Local Committee is pleased to provide to all participants and accompanying people a Banquet Dinner in an outstanding location: the Villa Valmarana ai Nani.

Villa Valmarana ai Nani is a magnificent residence which has huge architectural, historical and artistic significance.

The Villa is located close to the centre of Vicenza, dates back to 1669 and was purchased in the 1720’s by the Valmaranas, a noble family native from Vicenza.

With more than 800 square metres of frescoes, by the famous artists Giambattista and Giandomenico Tiepolo, the Villa is considered by scholars the expressive peak of European civil decoration of the 18th century, both from the ideational point of view and of artistic production.

The event will take place on Friday, 10 June 2022. The pick up point is Via Bassi 1 at 18:15. We arranged private transport for the venue.
