EcoFuel Innovations is a student-led research project developing a small-scale, electrically powered pyrolysis system that converts PET-1 plastic into usable liquid fuel. Our mission is to create sustainable, community-friendly solutions to plastic pollution in the Philippines.

THE PROBLEM
The Philippines produces over 2.7 million tons of plastic waste annually. PET bottles are among the biggest contributors to pollution.
THE SOLUTION
A compact, local plastic-to-fuel system designed for schools, LGUs, and eco-businesses to transform waste into clean energy.
OUR PROTOTYPE
EcoFuel Innovations has developed a small-scale, electrically powered pyrolysis machine designed to convert PET-1 plastic waste (like water bottles) into usable liquid fuel.
This prototype serves as a low-cost, community-ready waste-to-energy solution that demonstrates how plastic can be repurposed safely and efficiently.
