김석현 이학박사 (연구책임자; 조교수)

저는 2023년 3월에 강원대학교 생명과학과 조교수로 임용되었으며 하천어류를 대상으로 행동생태, 개체군 및 군집생태, 기후변화 생태학, 종 분포, 수치 생태학, 복원 생태학 등을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히, 개체 단위부터 메타개체군까지 다양한 공간적 단위 종내 및 종간 상호작용을 연구하고 있습니다. 인하대학교 생명과학과에서 학부 및 석사과정을 마쳤고 콜로라도주립대에서 박사학위를 받았습니다. 그 후 노스캐롤라이나대학교 와 테네시대학교에서 박사후연구원으로 있었습니다.

Dr. Seoghyun Kim (Principle Investigator; Assistant Professor)

Seoghyun has been at Kangwon National University since March 2023. He focuses on stream fish ecology, particularly behavioral ecology, population and community ecology, species distribution, climate change ecology, quantitative ecology, and restoration ecology. His research includes various spatial scales from individual-level intraspecific interactions (e.g., competition and cooperation) to metacommunity-level interspecific interactions (e.g., positive biotic interactions). He received BS and MS degrees at the department of biological sciences, Inha University, and a Ph.D. at the department of fish, wildlife, and conservation biology, Colorado State University. He was a postdoctoral research associate at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
