How it works

1. Order your case on our website.

2. Copy your order code from the confirmation page/email.

3. Return to this page and open the Personal Idea Form → [Fill the form].

4. Enter your details: order code and the exact text (max 8 characters, case-sensitive).

5. Submit. We’ll email you once your personalization is queued.

What to know

• Character limit: up to 8 characters.

• Placement: fixed at the bottom of the case, center-aligned (no placement selection).

• Edits & returns: once submitted, text can’t be changed; customized items aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns.

• Warranty: Manufacturing defects are covered. Report within 4 days of delivery (order code + clear photos) and we’ll replace or refund.
