The conference aims to bring together early-career number theorists working in or connected to South-Eastern Europe and nearby countries. Our aim is to provide participants with the opportunity to present their work, discuss ideas, and build the connections and collaborations needed for a stronger regional research community.

The conference is planned for around 50 participants, including invited early-career speakers and 4 invited senior speakers, with the remaining participants selected through an open application process. Interested researchers can apply via the Application section of this website. We aim for a diverse group of participants from across the region, covering a broad range of backgrounds and research interests within number theory. Subject to available funding, we expect to cover expenses for some participants, with priority given to early-career researchers with limited financial support.
