Favorite Part of School Counseling: Small groups! I love getting to practice important skills with our students in this setting. Growth mindset is also a big part of my program and the cool neuroscience behind it!

School Involvement: Encourage students to participate in school activities, clubs, and events to build connections and a sense of belonging.
Career Exploration: Provide opportunities for students to explore different careers and learn about future educational and career pathways.
Fun Fact: Positive coping skills like dancing, drawing, meditation, or talking to a counselor can help you manage stress and improve your mood.
