Call for Contributions

Information

Researchers in agricultural robotics are encouraged to submit contributions to the conference. To participate, please submit a 1 page poster (PDF file). The top of the poster should include the title of the contribution, authors names, and contact information. The main body should include a clear statement of the contribution, brief description of the methodology, results and discussion section, using images and figures as appropriate.

Each contribution will be briefly reviewed by the organisers and the author(s) will be notified.

Workshop contribution submission deadline: 1 August 2021 (AOE) 15 August 2021

Notifications of acceptance: 15 August 2021 20 August 2021

The accepted contributions will be presented during the poster sessions in the workshop. The authors are asked to produce a two-minute video and one slide (mini-poster) by the workshop day (August 31). During the session, the videos will first be streamed individually before the authors showcase their slide alongside a group discussion (5 minutes). The participants can then join the breakout rooms to discuss the individual works.

The short videos will be uploaded to YouTube subject to the author(s)' consent.
