ECM Carpentry Referral Program Terms and Conditions

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you ("Referrer" or "you") and ECM Carpentry ("ECM Carpentry," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the ECM Carpentry Referral Program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

• Eligibility:

  • To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must be a current or former customer of ECM Carpentry.

  • Referrers must be at least 18 years of age.

• How the Program Works:

  • Referrers can refer individuals or businesses ("Referee") to ECM Carpentry.

  • The Referee must provide ECM Carpentry with the Referrer's name or unique referral code when making contact or requesting services.

  • If the Referee contracts ECM Carpentry for services, the Referrer may be eligible for a referral reward, subject to the conditions outlined below.

• Referral Rewards:

  • The referral reward may vary based on the value of the contract entered into by the Referee with ECM Carpentry.

  • ECM Carpentry will determine the reward amount, which will be communicated to the Referrer before the Referee's contract is finalized.

  • The referral reward may be in the form of discount, gift card, or other incentive, as determined by ECM Carpentry.

  • Referral rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated by ECM Carpentry.

• Restrictions:

  • Referrers may not refer themselves or their immediate family members (spouse, children, siblings, or parents).

  • Referrers may not engage in any spamming or unsolicited communication to promote the Program.

  • ECM Carpentry reserves the right to reject any referral for any reason.

• Payment of Rewards:

  • Referral rewards will be paid out to Referrers once the Referee's contract with ECM Carpentry is completed, and payment for services rendered by ECM Carpentry is received in full.

  • Payments will be made in a timely manner, as determined by ECM Carpentry.

• Modification and Termination:

  • ECM Carpentry reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice.

  • Modifications or terminations will not affect referrals made prior to the effective date of any change or termination.

• Privacy:

  • By participating in the Program, you agree that ECM Carpentry may collect and use your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

• Compliance with Laws:

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when participating in the Program.

• Limitation of Liability:

  • ECM Carpentry is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by Referrers or Referees.

  • ECM Carpentry is not liable for any lost or delayed referrals or rewards.

• Governing Law:

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ECM Carpentry operates.

By participating in the ECM Carpentry Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. ECM Carpentry reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for updates.
