1. Information stored on your device
Playlists, favorites, listening history, search history, downloads, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate an account system for the app, and we do not upload your music library to our own servers.
If you grant access, the app reads audio files already on your device so it can play them. Those files stay on your device unless you choose to share or export them.
2. Permissions
Audio / storage: to find and play music files on your device.
Internet and network state: to load online catalogs, streams, plugins, artwork, and ads when you use those features.
Notifications: to show playback controls.
Advertising ID: used by our advertising partners to deliver and measure ads.
3. Advertising
The app shows ads through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource), including Unity Ads and Meta Audience Network. These partners may collect or receive:
advertising ID
IP address
device and app information (such as device model, operating system, language, and app version)
ad interaction data (such as views and clicks)
This data is used to show ads, measure performance, and limit fraud. We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some laws, sharing an advertising ID with ad partners for personalized ads may be treated as “sharing.”

4. Optional online features
Streaming, search, and plugins: when you use online sources, the request (such as a song query or a plugin download) is sent to that source. Those services process data under their own policies.
Country detection: the app may request your approximate country from an IP lookup service (such as ipwho.is, api.country.is, ipapi.co, or ip-api.com) to choose a default catalog region. This reveals your IP address to that service.
Last.fm: only if you connect Last.fm. Your Last.fm session and the tracks you choose to scrobble are sent to Last.fm. Polic
5. What we do not do
We do not ask you to create an Eclipse account. We do not knowingly collect precise GPS location, contacts, or photos. App backup is disabled.
6. Children
Eclipse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
7. Your choices
You can deny or revoke storage, notification, and other permissions in your device settings. Playback of local files may stop working if storage access is denied.
You can reset the advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings.
You can disconnect Last.fm inside the app.
You can delete local app data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it.
Residents of the EEA, UK, and Switzerland may contact us about access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, and about objection or restriction where the law provides those rights.
California residents may contact us to ask whether we disclose personal information and to opt out of sharing for cross-context advertising.
8. Retention
Data stored in the app remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, or uninstall it. Advertising partners keep data according to their own policies.
9. Security
We rely on your device’s storage protections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The new date will appear at the top. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
