File method_signatures_RQ1.xlsx contains data for RQ1 corresponding to Table III in the paper: Stable non-APIs from older Eclipse releases currently present in different Eclipse releases. For example Sheet E-1.0-Column-A has the actual non-APIs that correspond to the number presented in Table 4 in the paper cell (E-4.6, E-1.0--Type-I)=295. These 295 non-APIs are 15 years old and they have never changed throughout the evolution of Eclipse. We present the path of the method, the method signature and the startline of the method in the .java file.
