NPU Lab

Prof. Donghwa Shin (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in computer engineering and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science and electrical engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2005, 2007, and 2012, respectively. He joined the Ming Hsieh Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA, USA, as a Visiting Scholar, and the Dipartimento di Automatica e Informatica-EDA Group, Politecnico di Torino, Torino, Italy, as a Researcher. He was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Engineering, Yeungnam University, Gyeongsan, South Korea, from 2014 to 2017. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Smart Systems Software, Soongsil University. His research interests include system-level energy-aware computing techniques. In these days, he is focusing on the design and optimization of robust and efficient non-volatile memory systems.
