We offer two auto‑renewing subscription options. Choose the one that fits you best:

No free trial – billing starts immediately
The actual charge may vary slightly due to your local App Store/Google Play exchange rates and applicable taxes.
If you’re a first‑time subscriber and pick the weekly plan, you’ll get 3 full days of free access.
During the trial, you can use all premium features at no cost.
When the trial ends, if you haven’t cancelled at least 24 hours before it expires, your subscription will automatically renew at $19.99/week.
Our subscriptions renew automatically. About 24 hours before each current period ends, the App Store or Google Play will charge your account for the next period.
If you do not wish to continue, please cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current period – otherwise, you’ll be charged for the next cycle.
Once a charge is made, it cannot be refunded, but you can keep using the service until that period ends.
How to cancel?
Apple users: Go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → find EchoScribe → tap Cancel.
Android users: Open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → find EchoScribe → tap Cancel.
We take your privacy seriously. Any audio you record and any transcripts we generate are used only to provide transcription, editing, and export services.
All data is encrypted during transmission and storage. We never sell or share your recordings or transcripts with third parties unless you give explicit consent or we are legally required to do so.
You can view, correct, or delete your personal data anytime via the app’s Settings. To delete your entire account, contact us – we’ll respond within 15 business days.

If we ever adjust our subscription prices, we’ll notify you at least 30 days in advance via in‑app message or email.
Price changes do not affect your current paid period – they apply only to subsequent renewal periods.
If you disagree with the new price, simply cancel before your current period ends to avoid being charged at the new rate.
