By commissioning me, you agree to the terms listed below.
Please communicate clearly and respectfully throughout the commission process.
Clean visual references are preferred, but written references are accepted.
The client is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any references, characters, designs, photos, or written material they provide. I am not responsible for disputes caused by stolen, unauthorized, or misrepresented reference material.
Please organize longer descriptions into readable sections or bullet points instead of sending one large wall of text.
Rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Please follow any additional rules listed on my commission information, pricing, or order forms.
You must be 18 or older to commission me, regardless of commission rating.
By commissioning me, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
The following will not be depicted in any manner:
Sexual, suggestive, or fetish content involving minors, cubs.
Hate symbols, extremist imagery, or discriminatory content
Real-person sexual content without consent
Extreme gore or realistic graphic abuse
I reserve the right to decline any request that I feel is outside my comfort zone, skillset, boundaries, or brand, even if it is not specifically listed above.
All commissions must be paid upfront in CAD before work begins.
Please do not send payment before I have accepted your commission and confirmed the final price.
Invoices must be paid in a timely manner. If unpaid for 3 days, the commission will be canceled.
eTransfer may be accepted if you're within Canada.
Any platform, currency conversion, or transfer fees are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise discussed.
My standard queue is limited to 10 active slots.
Once the queue is full, commissions will close until current work is completed.
Turnaround time depends on commission type, complexity, communication speed, and queue position.
Deadlines must be discussed before payment.
Rush work may cost extra and may not always be available.
The commissioner will provide details of the project, including any written details, references or artwork. Visual references are not mandatory.
WIPs will usually be provided at the sketch, line art, and color stages.
Sketch: large changes are allowed
Line Art: Minor changes are allowed
Color Stage: Color changes are allowed
Outline: large changes are allowed
Rough draft: medium changes are allowed
Final draft: minor changes are allowed
Each commission includes up to 2 reasonable revision rounds at the appropriate stages. Additional revision rounds, major changes after approval, or changes caused by incomplete/incorrect client information may require an additional fee.
A preview of the final product will be provided to ensure everything is as expected.
This is generally the final chance to have anything changed without additional fees and slot availability requirements.
Final artwork will usually be delivered as a PNG file.
Final writing will usually be delivered as a PDF or text document.
Alternative delivery methods may be discussed.
I will do my best to make sure the commissioner is happy with the final piece. However, after a piece is complete, only small changes will be made, depending on complexity. Such as coloring/marking mistakes, typos, etc.
Substantial changes will be an extra charge and subject to commission slot availability.
I retain copyright to the finished artwork or writing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client retains ownership of their character, setting, or original concept.
The client may repost the finished commission with credit.
The client may not resell, merchandise, mint as an NFT, use for AI training, or claim the work as their own.
By default, I may post completed commissions publicly.
If you want a commission to remain private, you must request this before payment.
Private commissions may have an additional fee depending on the project.
I may still keep a private copy for personal records unless otherwise agreed.
Unless a private commission is agreed upon before payment, I may post, display, stream, or include the finished work and progress images in my portfolio, gallery, commission examples, and social media.
Commercial rights must be discussed before payment and may require an additional fee.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point for any reason. If I cancel the commission, I will refund the unfinished portion of the work.
Unresolved chargebacks or payment disputes made without first contacting me may result in cancellation of the commission and refusal of future service. In cases of proven scam behavior, I may share a factual beware post in appropriate community spaces.
If the commission has not been started, the client may receive a full refund.
If the sketch or outline has started, a partial refund may be available.
If the commission is near completion or complete, refunds are generally not available.
Refunds are not provided because a client changed their mind after approving earlier stages.
If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days, the commission may be paused. If the client remains unresponsive for more than 30 days, the commission may be considered abandoned, and refunds may be limited based on work already completed.
I am not responsible for storing final files indefinitely. Clients should download and safely back up their completed commission once delivered.
The client understands that the final work will be completed in my style. Exact replication of another artist’s style, or reference image is not guaranteed.
These terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of payment applies to that commission unless otherwise agreed in writing.
