VlP Member Service Agreement

This VIP Service Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions under which [Candy Echo] (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides VIP services (“Services”) to you (“User”). By subscribing to the VIP Services, you agree to comply with this Agreement

1. Scope of VIP Services

1.1. VIP Services provide exclusive features and benefits, including but not limited to:

 • Send more messages before receiving a reply.

 • VlP exclusive sticker.

 • VlP exclusive sticker.

 • Exclusive VIP badge.

 • Get free E-coins every day

1.2. We may update the content of VIP Services periodically without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old or meet the eligibility requirements specified in our  [User Agreement].

2.2. By subscribing to VIP Services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Subscription Fees and Payment

3.1. The fees for VIP Services are listed within the app and are subject to change.

3.2. Payment methods include [Apple Pay or method designated by us in the future].

3.3. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. VIP Services are for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to others.

4.2. You agree to use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and our [User Agreement].

4.3. Misuse of VIP Services, including account sharing or violations of platform policies, may result in service termination without a refund.

5. Refund Policy

6.1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the VIP Services, wholly or partially, at any time with prior notice to Users.

6.2. If the Services are discontinued, we will provide prorated refunds for unused portions of the subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the VIP Services.

7.2. Our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid for the VIP Services during the current subscription period.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

8.1. Your use of the VIP Services is subject to our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8.2. By subscribing to VIP Services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the [Privacy Policy].

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.2. Any updates will be communicated through the app, and continued use of the VIP Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
