Echo Music (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) is a music application that allows users to discover, stream, play, download, organize, and manage music and playlists.
Echo Music does not require users to create an account. However, the App and its third-party services may process:
Device model, operating system, language, and App version.
IP address and approximate country or location.
Advertising identifiers and advertisement interactions.
Diagnostic, performance, and crash information.
Search queries and media requests sent to external content providers.
GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy consent choices.
The following information may be stored locally on your device:
Playlists and listening history.
App preferences and settings.
Downloaded or imported media.
Search history, backups, and exported files.
This local data remains on your device unless a feature requires communication with an external service. Clearing the App’s data or uninstalling Echo Music may permanently delete it.
Depending on the features you use, Echo Music may request access to:
Internet: Streaming, searching, advertisements, plugins, and updates.
Music and audio files: Playing and importing local media.
Storage: Downloads, playlists, backups, and exported files.
Notifications: Playback controls and download notifications.
Foreground services: Background audio playback and downloads.
Permissions are used only to provide the requested functionality.
Echo Music may display advertisements through Unity LevelPlay and its mediation partners.
Advertising providers may process information such as device identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location, advertisement interactions, and diagnostic data.
Where legally required, the App may ask for consent before showing personalized advertisements. Users can also restrict personalized advertising through their device’s privacy settings.

Echo Music may connect to third-party music providers, content sources, and plugin repositories. Requests sent to these services may contain search terms, media identifiers, IP addresses, and basic technical information.
External services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Echo Music does not control their data practices or content.
We do not directly sell users’ personal information. Information may be processed or shared:
With advertising and mediation providers.
With external services needed to fulfill user requests.
When required by law or necessary to protect users, security, or legal rights.
Local data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall Echo Music.
Information processed by third-party services is retained according to their respective privacy policies. You may reset or restrict your advertising identifier through your device settings.
Echo Music is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us.
We use reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. However, no electronic transmission, storage system, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, legal requirements, or third-party services change. Updates will be indicated by revising the “Last updated” date.
