Echoboost Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Echoboost mobile application, operated by The Marketing Junction Ltd (Company Number: 06634441), 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Echoboost, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Who Can Use Echoboost
Echoboost is a B2B workplace engagement platform. Access is granted exclusively through an employer or company administrator. Individual users cannot self-register.
3. User Accounts
Your login credentials are provided by your employer. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You must notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Share your login credentials with anyone
Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
Use the app for any purpose other than its intended workplace engagement function
Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the application
5. Employer Responsibilities
Company administrators are responsible for:
Ensuring employees are informed that their activity is tracked
Complying with applicable employment and data protection laws
Managing employee access and credentials appropriately
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of Echoboost is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://sites.google.com/view/echoboost-privacy/home
7. Intellectual Property
Echoboost and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by The Marketing Junction Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Marketing Junction Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Echoboost. The app is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination
Your access may be terminated at any time by your employer or by The Marketing Junction Ltd for violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
