Echo Between the Realms is a family-friendly, community-powered gathering featuring live music, workshops, theme camps (Realms), art, and shared experiences. The event is designed as an immersive adventure rooted in creativity, connection, and care for the land.

Yes! Echo Between the Realms is intentionally family-friendly. All music, art, workshops, theme camps, and activities are expected to be appropriate for most ages.

An Adventurer Pass is your ticket to Echo Between the Realms. It includes event entry, camping for the entire weekend early access included (Wed-Sun), vehicle or boondocking RV access, and participation in all general music, workshops, and experiences.

Children 17 and under attend free with a ticketed adult.

Yes. Camping and vehicle access (including car or RV boondocking) are included with your Adventurer Pass.

Yes you can.

You are welcome to transfer tickets if you contact us directly to change the name on your Adventurer Pass to whoever you gave your ticket to. We will need your full name and emailed receipt of purchase to do this. Once updated, our list will have their name instead of yours and your previous ticket will become void. 

The purchase itself is your pass. Your name plus how many Adventurer Passes you purchased will be added to a list that will be checked at the gate. All you need to check in is your name and how many passes you've purchased, and then Momma Robyn will check you in at the gate.

We would prefer that children are not left unatended at the Lake. There will be free paddleboarding available if you would like to try that out! but the paddle boarding guy is not a lifeguard so please be present with your children while vistiting this area. The lake is spring fed and very deep. So make sure you bring any floaties that your littles might need to enjoy the experience with you.

If there is anyway that you could leave your sweet canine companion in the care of someone you trust that would be prefered. But if you would really like to bring them, please make sure they remain on a leash or very close to you for the duration of the event to insure the safety of both your canine companion and our festival community. If your canine friend is causing problems unleashed, we may ask you to leash them. If they continue to cause problems, we may ask you to leave. So please keep that in mind while planning your trip.

We have two very primitive but privately enclosed outdoor showers near the lake. 

Yes you can as long as you are mindful while tending it. Above ground fire pits preferred.✨

This is a leave no trace event, which means that we encourage our Adventurers to pack in and pack out. We will have trash cans and recycling bins near the food in the common area, but please be mindful of making sure that whatever you bring into this event, you also carry out with you when you leave.

Yes, re-entry is allowed. Please be prepared to show your wristband at the gate when returning. Gate hours will be posted at the Gate (and online closer to the event) please make sure that you plan arrivals and departures during posted gate times so our volunteers can ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone.

Alcohol is allowed, but we please ask that you follow our no open containers rule in the common areas to make sure that we can maintain a family friendly atmosphere. Absolutely no alcohol sales permitted. 

No. We do not allow alcohol sales at this event. If you are found selling alcohol at our event, you may be asked to leave.

This event is in Southern Illinois which is a legal state for cannabis consumption. So the answer is yes. That being said, please be mindful of your surroundings when partaking to be respectful of the other families attending. 

Theme Camps/Realms, are community-created spaces that add magic to the Adventure Map. Each Realm offers a family-friendly gift to the community such as a game, quest, interactive art, or experience which helps to bring the world of Echo Between the Realms to life

Theme Camp/Realm applications are open through the get involved portal until they are full or until the deadline on June 1st. 

Volunteer applications for 2026 are currently closed. Our volunteer crew is full, and we are deeply grateful for the community support. Volunteer applications will reopen in the fall for our 2027 event.

The bonus item is a handmade Adventurer Pouch! The first 200 Adventurer Passes sold will get one when they arrive at the gate. (While supplies last) and you will be notified via Email that you have received a bonus item! And we will be sure to put a special mark next to your name to let our Gatekeeper Momma Robyn know to give you your item upon arrival.
