Enrollment & Payment Policy

• $50.00 deposit is required to secure your spot in all 4-week programs ( includes the program fee) 

• Deposit is applied toward your total balance

• Remaining balance may be paid weekly or in full

• Spots are not guaranteed until deposit is received

 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No refunds for missed sessions 

• The $50 deposit is non-refundable once you are enrolled in an Echo ASL Studio program.

• If your class schedule conflicts with your availability, you may transfer your enrollment one time to another available class or session that better fits your schedule, subject to availability.

• Additional schedule changes may require a new registration and deposit.

• 24–48 hour notice requested for cancellations when possible

 Attendance & Scheduling Policy

• Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged for progress

• Missed classes are not guaranteed make-ups

• Drop-in sessions are pay-per-session only

• Locations for drop-in sessions may vary weekly
