Dr. Asfak Ali is a co-founder of Deep Duo Foundation, a company focused on skill development. He completed his Ph.D. from the Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department at Jadavpur University in 2025. His research interests span Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, IoT & Embedded ML, with a substantial publication record that includes contributions to international journals, conferences, and Indian 9 copyrights and 12 Patents. He has successfully organized ICPR 2024,2026 Challenge on VISual Tracking in Adverse Conditions (VISTAC), Comsys3 2024 Challenge on NLP Insight Challenge in Medical Applications , Comsys5 2025 challenge on Robust Face Recognition and Gender Classification under Adverse Visual Conditions.
Dr. Suvojit Acharjee is an Associate Professor at Institute of Engineering and Management, Saltlake, Kolkata. He completed his Ph.D. from the Department of ETCE, Jadavpur University in 2023. He has successfully organized ICPR 2024,2026 Challenge on VISual Tracking in Adverse Conditions (VISTAC) and has publications in several peer-reviewed reputed journals and conferences, 3 Patents. His research interests include Biomedical Signal Processing, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning.
Mr. Utathya Aich is a Machine Learning Engineer at CNH Industrial. He completed his M.Engg. in Information Technology from Jadavpur University in 2022, earning the University Gold Medal. His research interests include Computer Vision, Multimodal Learning, Medical Image Analysis, and Deep Learning, with multiple publications in peer-reviewed venues. He has successfully organized ICPR 2026 Challenge on VISual Tracking in Adverse Conditions (VISTAC), Comsys5 2025 challenge on Robust Face Recognition and Gender Classification under Adverse Visual Conditions, Comsys6 2025 challenge on Deepfake Audio classification challenge in the wild.
Miss. Sayoni Mandal is a Bachelor of Engineering student at Jadavpur University, specializing in Hydrogen sensor fabrication and IoT-based research. She is also a co-author of several journal papers, conference articles, and patents in emerging areas of intelligent sensing and automation. She has successfully organized ICPR 2026 Challenge on VISual Tracking in Adverse Conditions (VISTAC).
Mr. Jotiraditya Banerjee is Bachelors student at the Power Engineering department of Jadavpur University and is expected to graduate by 2026. He has co-authored several conference and journal papers in emerging areas of Artificial Intelligence, Mechanical Engineering, Signal Processing and Medical Imaging. He has successfully organized Comsys5 2025 challenge on Robust Face Recognition and Gender Classification under Adverse Visual Conditions, Comsys6 2025 challenge on Deepfake Audio classification challenge in the wild.
Prof. Sheli Sinha Chaudhuri has been serving the ETCE Department of Jadavpur University for the last 26 years. After completing her doctoral studies in 2007 from the same department on robotic vision and path planning, she had been actively involved in supervising students for their postgraduate and doctoral studies in the domain of Computer Vision and Machine Learning. She has supervised sponsored projects and is currently engaged in research collaborations with Paris-Saclay University, France. She has successfully organized the ICPR 2024,2026 Challenge on VISual Tracking in Adverse Conditions (VISTAC).
Prof. Sos S. Agaian, Dr. Sos Agaian is a Distinguished Professor of Computer Science at the Graduate Center and the College of Staten Island, CUNY. Previously, he held the Peter T. Flawn Professorship at the University of Texas at San Antonio and positions at Tufts University and Aware, Inc. His research spans computational vision, machine learning, AI, data analytics, signal and image processing, multimedia security, and biomedical imaging. He has published over 850 articles, 10 books, and 19 chapters in his field. He also holds more than 56 American and international patents and disclosures, many of which have been licensed. As an associate editor for key journals and a fellow of several scientific societies, Dr. Agaian is a recognized speaker and a leader in image processing and AI conferences. He has successfully organized the ICPR 2024,2026 Challenge on VISual Tracking in Adverse Conditions (VISTAC). He is a fellow of IS&T, SPIE, AAAS, IEEE, AIIA, and AAIA and a member of the Academia Europaea. He is the co-founder and was an honorary/general co-chair and committee member in many international conferences.
Prof. Khalifa DJEMAL is full Professor at the Electrical Engineering Department of the Institute of Technology at the University of Evry Val d'Essonne, Univ. Paris Saclay, France. He works now within the IRA2 team of the IBISC Laboratory. His current research interests are in the areas of Image and data processing, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence. Prof. Dr. DJEMAL chaired the International Conference on Image Processing Theory, Tools and Applications IPTA, in 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2020 and 2023, and also International Workshop on Medical Image Analysis and Description for Diagnosis Systems, MIAD, since 2009. He was the chair of some special sessions in a number of conferences. He has successfully organized the ICPR 2024,2026 Challenge on VISual Tracking in Adverse Conditions (VISTAC). He acted as technical chairman for a number of conferences. He is a reviewer for a number of international journals and conferences.
