BHARAT LNG SUMMIT 2024

E-Cell MLNC was honored to be exclusively invited to the prestigious Bharat LNG Summit 2024. The event provided comprehensive coverage on the growth of India's industrial sector, advancements in natural gas infrastructure, and the future of LNG in a gas-based economy. We had the opportunity to engage in expert discussions, connect with industry leaders, and participate in panels addressing global trends, technological innovations, and the central role of City Gas Distribution (CGD) in India's energy future. This summit was a valuable experience, positioning us at the forefront of India's energy transition.

PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry

E-Cell MLNC is proud to have been invited to the prestigious Bharat Startup & MSMEs Summit 2024, hosted by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The summit, graced by Chief Guest Mr. Jagdeep Dhankhar and Shri Sanjeev Agrawal, President of PHD Chamber, emphasized the pivotal role of startups and MSMEs in driving innovation and economic growth. Discussions revolved around bridging startup-industry gaps, exploring growth opportunities, and addressing technological challenges. This recognition serves as a testament to our relentless commitment to entrepreneurship and innovation.

VISIT TO AATMANIRBHAR BHARAT CENTRE OF DESIGN

E-Cell MLNC had the honour of receiving an invitation to a curated walkthrough at the Aatmanirbhar Bharat Centre of Design,hosted at the iconic Red Fort by the Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India, on February 7th, 2024. This exclusive event offered our team a remarkable opportunity to engage in a mesmerizing exploration of craft narratives, inventive installations, and more. It was a truly enriching experience that showcased the diverse talents and cultural heritage of India, leaving us inspired and motivated to support indigenous craftsmanship and artistic endeavors!

B-Plan Competitions

Our startups, The Social Chai and The Printing Bus, participated in various B-Plan competitions during the 2023-24 tenure. Here is a list of our major achievements:

- JIMS Kalkaji: The Printing Bus won 1st place in the B-Plan Competition.

- Jesus & Mary College: The Social Chai won 2nd place in Yojna 3.0 B-Plan Competition.

- Delhi School of Economics: The Social Chai won 3rd place in the Launchpad B-Plan Competition.

- Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Computer Applications and Management: The Social Chai and The Printing Bus secured 2nd and 3rd rank, respectively.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT WEEK

E-CELL MLNC made history by launching the first-ever Training and Development Week in college for our students. The initiative covered a spectrum of skills, including Research and Content Writing, Graphic design, Video editing, Photoshop, Figma, MOU formation, Legal Document Drafting, Cold outreach, Corporate Relations, Google and Microsoft Workspace, and Event Management. This pioneering effort set a new standard for skill-building events at our college.

LIVE PROJECTS

In 2023-24, E-Cell MLNC partnered with the renowned edtech start-up, Seekho.ai, to offer its members a unique opportunity to engage in real-life projects. This collaboration facilitated hands-on experience with notable companies such as Hero MotoCorp, Scoop Whoop, Safe Express, Tata 1MG, Good Glam, Ok Credit, Kaagaz, and many more. Members had the chance to work on these live projects, gaining invaluable practical insights into the business world.

SHARK TANK MLNC

In April 2023, entire Delhi University - South Campus witnessed an entrepreneurial extravaganza with the organization of the Shark Tank event, organised by Abheet Menghani (Vice President 2023-24) and Anurag Tripathi (President 2023-24) of E-Cell MLNC. More than 200 start-ups enthusiastically participated in this high-stakes platform, showcasing their innovative ideas and business ventures.

Thanks to the support of our esteemed investors, a staggering amount exceeding INR 1.5 million was extended to fuel the growth and innovation of these ventures.

NAAC VISIT 2022-23

E-Cell played a pivotal role during the 2022-23 NAAC visit to Motilal Nehru College. Our dedicated team was an integral part of the organizing committee, leaving a lasting mark on the event. Our then-Finance Head, Mr. Anurag Tripathi (President (2023-24), and then-Vice President, Mr. Rinshul Goel (IIFT Delhi), represented the college and its initiatives before the NAAC and University Grants Commission team as student representatives of Motilal Nehru College - University of Delhi.
