QUI SOMMES-NOUS ?

L'International Work Canada œuvre dans le domaine de l'immigration pour le Québec et les autres provinces du Canada depuis 1995.

Elle a été fondée par M. John COX qui est licencié dans  le domaine de l'Entreprenariat à Ottawa. Il est le Père  Fondateurs de l'IWC et membre du Conseil de Réglementation des Consultants en Immigration du Canada.

Rosine COX, diplômée en Droit de l’université de Montréal, supervise la préparation des demandes d’immigration. C’est elle qui agit aussi, dans le cadre de sa pratique privée d’avocate, devant les tribunaux pour défendre les dossiers des clients de la Société IWC.

Gilbert COX, diplômé en Droit de l’université de Montréal et en cycle supérieur en Droit notarial complète l’équipe de direction. Comme vous pouvez donc le remarquer, il s’agit d’une Société dont la direction est familiale.

Notre famille est aussi immigrante au Québec depuis maintenant 38 ans. Nous avons donc vécu le processus d’immigration et les étapes liées à l’intégration sur le territoire.

C’est ce vécu qui a donné l’envie à M. John COX de fonder cette Société afin d’aider les citoyens du monde intéressés par le Canada à pouvoir s’y établir par le biais d’un service sûr et professionnel.

Aujourd’hui, L'INTERNATIONAL Work CANADA  est une équipe de plus de 150 personnes réparties dans 10 pays.

 SPECIALISATION

L'Organisation est spécialisée dans les demandes de résidence permanente, c'est-à-dire que nous traitons principalement les dossiers de personnes désirant s'établir de façon permanente au pays. Cela inclut la catégorie des travailleurs qualifiés, des entrepreneurs et investisseurs. Nous offrons également le service relatif au parrainage de conjoint ou de parent.

Veuillez noter que, conformément à l'esprit des lois canadiennes, aucun emploi n'est offert par la IWC.

Les services que nous offrons couvrent toutes les étapes du processus d'immigration, du dépôt de la demande officielle jusqu'à l'émission du visa final en passant par la préparation et les simulations pour l'entrevue de sélection.

Précisons aussi que nous ne reprenons jamais les dossiers déjà en cours de traitement et n'ayant pas été déposés par notre intermédiaire. De même, nous n'assumons les frais de représentation devant les tribunaux que de nos propres clients.

                    WHO ARE WE ?

International Work Canada has been working in the field of immigration for Quebec and the other provinces of Canada since 1995.

It was founded by Mr. John COX who is licensed in the field of Entrepreneurship in Ottawa. The Founding Father of IWC and member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council.

Rosine COX, a law graduate from the University of Montreal, supervises the preparation of immigration applications. It is she who also acts, in the context of her private practice as a lawyer, before the courts to defend the cases of the clients of the Company IWC.

Gilbert COX, a graduate in Law from the University of Montreal and a graduate in Notarial Law completes the management team. As you can therefore see, this is a family-run Company.

The Organisation is specialized in applications for permanent residence, that is to say that we mainly deal with the files of people wishing to settle permanently in the country. This includes the category of skilled workers, entrepreneurs and investors. We also offer the service relating to the sponsorship of a spouse or a parent.

Please note that, in accordance with the spirit of Canadian law, no employment is offered by the IWC.

The services we offer cover all stages of the immigration process, from filing the official application to issuing the final visa, including preparation and simulations for the selection interview.

It should also be noted that we never take back files already being processed and not having been submitted through us. Likewise, we only assume the costs of representation in court for our own clients.
