  • Finished UART code for interface with Bluetooth module for controlling the tank

  • Finished SPI code for interface between micro-controller and motor driver

  • Soldered last remaining motor controller

  • Mounted all parts onto tank and confirmed functionality

  • Received SOIC to dip part and soldered parts

  • Attached batteries pack to tank and motor

  • Continued to work on interface between micro-controller and bluetooth

  • Continued to work on interface between micro-controller and motor controller

  • Interfaced motor controller with STM32 and checked to see if correct switching and polarities were executed

  • Affixed motor controller leads and battery harnesses together

  • Realized we needed another part for correct motor controller functionality

  • Tried to verify turning operation in tank

  • Interfaced with HC-05 USART Bluetooth module and STM

  • Sent simple commands like "f" - forward, "r" - reverse, "s" - stop, "l" - turn left, "r" - turn right over bluetooth to STM

  • Tested tank chassis drive and differential turning by attaching battery pack and watching it move forward, turn
