Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) are two ways to explore and learn digitally.
AR enhances the real world by adding digital, interactive elements to your current real-world view. VR allows the user to shut out the real world, creating an interactive experience in another place or world. There are many resources to choose from, depending on your teaching and learning goals. The CAS has VR headsets available for you to check and and use. Please inquire with Mrs. Beyel in the Media Center for assistance planning a customized experience that perfectly fits your teaching and learning goals!
Expeditions are AR and VR experiences you can use in your learning. The immersion and interaction of each experience varies. Some offer lesson plans and supplemental materials.
