Call for Papers

Notification of acceptance:  June 2, 2025

Workshop day:  June 24, 2025

We encourage researchers to submit 1-2 page extended abstracts (excluding references) or a preprint of relevant work. Accepted abstracts will be posted on the workshop website and will not appear in the official IEEE proceedings. The reviewing process is single-blind and will be carried out by the workshop organizers.

Eligibility of submissions:

We welcome submissions that present novel contributions, including works recently published or submitted to major conferences. Specifically, we accept results presented at or submitted to the following venues during 2024–2025:

ECC, ACC, CDC, IROS, ICRA, RSS, L4DC, HSCC, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR

Submissions should clearly state any prior or concurrent presentation or submission. We encourage contributions that extend, contextualize, or critically reflect on previously published work, as well as early-stage ideas and works-in-progress.

Accepted papers will have the opportunity to present their work/ideas in a poster session. 

Instructions for Posters:

• Posters should be a maximum size of 4ft x 4ft or 122 cm x 122 cm. Therefore, we recommend the A0 poster size in portrait orientation. Poster boards will be labeled with the name of our workshop.

• Poster sessions will be during the coffee breaks (10:20-10:40; 14:50-15:20).
