M1 : To establish a state of the art learning environment through quality teaching - learning process to enable the students to face the challenges in the field.

M2 : To inculcate self learning attitude, entrepreneurial skills and environment friendly techniques.

M3 : To provide opportunities to work either individually or in a team to serve the society.

Program Educational Objectives of EC Department

PEO 1 : Electronics and communication engineer will acquire technical competency along with the Science, English and Mathematics, enabling them to develop aptitude for higher education, professional career and entrepreneurship.

PEO 2 : Electronics and communication engineer will have abilities of problem solving, leadership, communication and decision making skills for their professional and personal advancement.

PEO 3 : Electronics and communication engineer will work ethically with high moral values for the society and remain sensible towards environment.

Program Specific Outcome of EC Department

PSO1 : To apply concepts of electronics and communication engineering for solution of well defined problems.

PSO2 : To apply engineering concepts for development and maintenance of electronic and communication projects and products either individually or in a team.

EC Department of of AVPTI College is situated in LRUC Building of the campus. It has been serving from 1948 with different course names till now. Currently it offers diploma degree to the students with a 3 years course from Gujarat technological University. Few details of the department are as below :
