Elementary Learning Nest

Please use the Elementary Learning Nest Sign-up Form to let us know that you will be working at school. We would love to visit you and your child and assist you. However, please keep in mind that teachers may have prior commitments and, therefore, may not be available at times. We will do our best to let you know if that is the case.

NHS Coat Drive

October 20-November 21

8:00 am - 3:00 pm, Mondays - Fridays

The Andover eCademy National Honor Society is holding its annual coat drive from October 20 to November 21.

Gently used and clean coats can be dropped off at the Andover eCademy building between 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, Mondays through Fridays.

Have coats that you want to donate, but can't make it during those hours?

Please email Mr. Regehr at regehrj@usd385.org to make alternate arrangements.

Eagle Exploration + In-House Schedule Swap

Due to scheduling, we have rescheduled Eagle Explorations for later in November. Therefore, we will have another In House Day in two weeks! Check out the information below!

When: Friday, November 7th

What Time: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Bring: Sack Lunch (that doesn't need heated or refrigerated), spill-proof water bottle, backpack (with extra clothes for K-2)

Wear: Tennis Shoes are strongly encouraged, a jacket for outdoor recess

If you did not get a chance to purchase your raffle basket tickets during the yard sale or Tabletop Trick-or-Treat, you can either pop into the eCademy office or purchase tickets directly through Venmo.

Tickets = $2 each

Fall Family Night & Chili Cook-Off

The PTO will sponsor a Fall Family Night on October 16 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

This event includes a chili cook-off competition. Parents and students are welcome to sign up to compete in the cook-off.

Trick or Treat

eCademy StuCo is sponsoring an indoor Tabletop Trick-or-Treat (formerly Trunk-or-Treat) for our K-12 students. We need YOU to make this happen. If you are willing to decorate a table and hand out treats, please complete this form.RSVP if you want to sponsor a Tabletop for Trick-or-Treat

We will have tables available--all you need to do is bring your decorations and treats. We are encouraging parents, staff, and high school students to participate in decorating a table and handing out treats.

Set up will be in the cafetorium.

When: Wednesday, October 29, 2025

Time: We will open the cafetorium at 11:00 AM for set up and students will arrive about 1:00.

Where: Andover eCademy (sign in at the main office).

What to bring: Your decorations and treats (approximately 75 students)

We can not wait for our first Eagle Explorations of the year! On these days, students get to preview the activities planned for this day at home. They will pick and choose their own schedule of activities to participate in. They can come for part of the day or all day from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm.

We need to receive an RSVP for each child to participate.

Iseman Photography will be at Andover eCademy to take school pictures. (Elementary students attending in-house will walk down for pictures with their teachers.)

See you at the pole is

See You at the Pole™, the global day of student prayer, began in 1990 as a grassroots movement with ten students praying at their school. Decades later, millions pray on their campuses on the fourth Wednesday in September.

See You at the Pole™ is simply a prayer rally where students meet at the school flagpole before school to lift up their friends, families, teachers, school, and nation to God.

See You at the Pole™ is a student-initiated, student-organized, and student-led event.

Join us for a fun-filled day of creativity and pizza! We're hosting an exciting poster-making event for the parade, and we want YOU to be part of it! Andover eCademy welcomes all students, and guess what? Each student gets a FREE mini pizza!

Parents of elementary-aged students must accompany them to the event.

Family members joining their child may have a mini pizza for $2.00 each.

MORNING GRIT FARM FIELD TRIP

Morning Grit Farm is

10:00 am - 12:30 pm

This organized field trip is from 10:00 am - 11:30 am, and free time is from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm (bring your own lunch). The cost is $5.00 per person; 2 and under is free. RSVP RSVP Required by noon on September 19th. The online WAIVER must be field out ahead of time.
