Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! Our mission is to support the educational, social, and recreational needs of Kindergarten through 12th-grade students. We strive to promote open communication and partnership among teachers, staff, and families at Andover eCademy. We encourage volunteers to help support our dedicated teachers, staff, and school community.
A few ways the Andover eCademy PTO supports the school include fall merchandise, class parties, Christmas meals for teachers, student-teacher conferences, volunteering in monthly class activities, MS/HS Student exam snacks, teacher appreciation events, and student scholarships and teacher grants. Watch for these activities and more in the eCademy weekly emails.

PTO meetings will be held on the Friday of Elementary In-House, based on the elementary scheduled calendar. The meeting will start at 9:05 a.m., right after drop off. The monthly meetings will be approximately 30-45 minutes long. The first meeting in September will be in room 207; the rest of the meetings will be in room 108.

Brainstormed possible ideas about a contest where students can create and vote on a shirt design
Upcoming Fundraisers:
Fall Family Night on October 16th from 5 pm-7 pm (Parent/Teacher Conferences and Book Fair going on during the same time)
Items Discussed:
Chili Cookoff- $10 per entry. Mrs. Boleski volunteered to buy a crockpot for the winner
Ask the culinary arts teacher to encourage students to enter with a discount and extra credit for them
Small dish for sampling different chili’s
Need to ask for a list of ingredients or a recipe to display in front of each crockpot
Needing to sign up for cinnamon rolls and sides
Price for chili and bingo cards- $5?
Brainstormed Bingo prizes- Mrs. Travis said we can give book fair coupons for a book up to $10.99
Need to brainstorm a financial goal for the event.
Mrs. Boleski reminded us that we need to fill out an Activity Form to reserve the space for the event. This is needed at least 3 weeks in advance.
Updates from Mrs. Travis:
Moving Fall Slice of Fun Pizza Day from October 24th to October 29th
Students will be having a Pumpkin Carving Day that morning, and then STUCCO will be hosting Trunk or Treat. PTO plans to have a table at this event.
We need volunteers to help with set-up, serving pizza, and clean-up.
Discuss next year, moving the Greater Andover Days Parade to a PTO sponsored event.
