I am excited to be teaching Health and Wellness with middle school eCADEMY!  I aim to be a source of honesty, support, and information to students and their families.  In addition to being a teacher, I bring many years of experience working in the wellness field as well as being a mom to grown kids.  I am passionate about health and wellness and  being an advocate for youth.

When I'm not teaching, I am out walking my dogs, taking care of plants, reading a book, or watching soccer.
