Covid-19
Whist we are looking forward to welcoming clients both old and new, we must remain safe and follow goverment guidelines. Please DO NOT enter the salon if you have symptons or have been in contact with anyone who has the Covid virus. Please advise us if you have had the vaccine within a 2week period of your colour service and it has been bought to our attention that it may result in adverse effects, therefore appointments will need to be rescheduled.
We want your visit to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible but we must make sure that we have policies in place to protect both our clients and staff. Please read through the guidelines below and feel free to contact us if you have any questions or are in doubt:
Cancellation Policy - We understand that sometimes things come up and you may not be able to attend your appointment. Please give us a call and we would be happy to reschedule your appointment for you. We ask for 48hrs notice for any change or cancellation. If a client appears to be a reoffender, we will ask for a deposit to secure any future bookings.
Colour services - A skin test and consultation is required if you are a new client who has not previously had a skin test with us. This is non-negotiable.
Under 18's - We will not perform any colour service or perming treatment on any persons under the age of 18. This is for insurance purposes.
We will not tolerate any form of abuse towards our staff, if there is a complaint or issue that requires resolution, please contact Laura by email on enquiries@ec-salon.co.uk We are always eager to resolve any problems that arise but we can only do so if it is communicated to us according, in a reasonable timeframe.
