Conference Reception: During the conference reception, there will be a small space (specifically, Room B) to talk about the Social Program. If you have any questions, this is the right place!
Beach Volley: From 8PM to 10PM, we are organizing beach volley matches in some courts which are close (using the Metro C subway) to the conference venue. The cost is paid by the conference organization. For more information, check the dedicated page, here. You can sign up until 8PM on Monday.
Running: We gather at 7 AM in front of the conference venue for a 1-hour run. The pace will be adjusted to suit the participants, and at any point any participant can decide to stop and go back! This is the running route we propose:

Junior/Senior Lunches: Students/post-docs, sign up to have lunch 🍱 with a senior researcher! Senior researchers, sign up to have lunch with some junior folks! [As you know, we roughly define "junior" as students + post-docs and "senior" as everyone else, but feel free to self-identify however you like, especially post-docs and junior faculty.]

Soccer: From 9PM to 11PM, we have reserved an A7/seven a-side soccer pitch for two hours (normally for 7 people per team) in San Lorenzo, which is at a walkable distance (15/20 mins) from the conference venue. The cost is not paid by the conference organization (which only reserved the pitch). For more information, check the dedicated page, here.

🏛️ Guided Tour: The Baths of Caracalla
Join us for a spectacular cultural walk through the Baths of Caracalla, one of the most magnificent and well-preserved ancient complexes in the world! Led by a professional, English-speaking guide, we will explore the main spaces of the complex, retracing its grand history, secrets, and fascinating anecdotes.
To ensure everyone can hear the guide perfectly, a whisper audio system (microphones/headsets) will be provided.

Meeting Time: 5:30 PM (The tour will last approximately 2 hours, ending around 7:30 PM).
Meeting Point: In front of the entrance to the Baths of Caracalla at Viale delle Terme di Caracalla, 52.
How to get there: ~15 minutes via bus/subway or ~25 minutes walk from the conference venue.
📝 How to Sign Up
Because this is a guided tour, spots are strictly capped at approximately 30 participants and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you are interested in participating, please sign up using the Google Form at this link. We will close the form as soon as we reach the maximum number of participants (which is 30). You can sign up until 8PM on Thursday.
The cost is completely paid by the conference.
