At Ebunoluwa Children School, we welcome children from diverse backgrounds who are eager to learn in a nurturing, value-based environment.

Admission Process:

- Submit a completed Admission Form with necessary documents: birth certificate, passport photograph, immunization records, and any prior school reports (if applicable).

- Attend a family interview and school tour.

- Children may be assessed for appropriate class placement.

- A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure enrollment.

. Cleanliness & Personal Appearance

At ECS, cleanliness is part of our values. We expect students to be well-groomed and neat at all times.

Uniform Policy:
- Regular Uniform (worn on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays):
  - Neatly pressed school uniform
  - White socks
  - Black shoes
- Sportswear (worn on Wednesdays and Fridays):
  - Complete sport uniform
  - White sneakers

General Appearance Guidelines:
- Uniforms must be clean and properly fitted.
- Children should be bathed and wear deodorant (age-appropriate).
- Fingernails should be clean and trimmed.
- Hair should be neat, styled appropriately, and kept off the face.
- No jewelry or distracting accessories.

Lunch Boxes:
- Must be clean and neatly packed.
- Only nutritious and safe meals/snacks are allowed.

💳 4. School Fees & Payment Policy

To maintain high-quality education, timely payment of school fees is essential.

What Fees Cover:
- Tuition
- Exam fees
- Sportswear
- Before/After School Care
- Party contribution
- Club fees and excursion (if applicable)

Payment Terms:
- Full fees are due by mid-term of each academic term.
- A penalty fee will apply for payments made after mid-term.
- After three weeks of non-payment beyond the deadline, the child may be temporarily withdrawn.

Payment Options:
- Only Bank transfer (account details provided at orientation or on the fee invoice)
