The Miguel Mansur Bus Terminal in Juiz de Fora is located in the São Dimas neighborhood. However, for the Rio de Janeiro - Juiz de Fora - Rio de Janeiro route operated by Empresa Guanabara (formerly Útil and Brisa), there is an optional stop at Shopping Independência (located right next to the Trade Hotel). This stop is much closer to UFJF; therefore, we recommend boarding and disembarking at Shopping Independência for those traveling on this route.

Juiz de Fora has its own airport; however, depending on your city of origin, it may be worth checking flights to Rio de Janeiro (Galeão or Santos Dumont airports). From there, you can go to the bus station (Rodoviária) and take a bus to Juiz de Fora.
