General

1. Early registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the standard registration fees will be applied.

2. Standard registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the onsite registration fees will be applied.

3. Registrations are valid for those who register and complete the payment. Registrations are non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

1. In case of cancellation %50 of the registration fees will be refunded until 1 June 2025, after the deadline the fee will not be refunded in any circumstances.
