Participants presenting a poster are responsible for printing their own poster.  Posters can be printed in A0 or A1 format.

Poster presentations will start on Tuesday 05/08 at 16:00. A detailed schedule can be found here.

Please ensure that your poster is ready on time. 

There is a printing service on campus that can be used to print posters. 

The shop is located at the "praça de serviços" inside UFMG, see the google maps link below.

For paper posters, they currently charge 59 reais (A0) or 52 reais (A1) and require one business day to deliver the poster.

For canvas posters, the prices are 98 reais (A0) and 84 reais (A1), and they require five business day to deliver.
