The Workshop on e-Business (WeB) is a prominent annual one-day event dedicated to advancing research focused on e-Business and e-Commerce. It is held in conjunction with the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) and organized by the Association for Information Systems (AIS) SIG on E-Business (SIGeBiz). The conference theme of WeB 2026 is "Reimagining e-Business at 25: Intelligent, Agentic, and Trustworthy Digital Commerce." As WeB marks its 25th anniversary, the 2026 workshop celebrates the evolution of e-business from early online transactions to today’s intelligent, interconnected, and increasingly autonomous digital commerce ecosystem. The theme, “Reimagining e-Business at 25: Intelligent, Agentic, and Trustworthy Digital Commerce,” highlights a new era in which AI not only supports decision-making but also actively mediates customer interactions, business processes, platform operations, and market exchanges.
