End-User License Agreement (EULA) for EbitdApp

Effective Date: 21/08/2025

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and EbitdApp regarding your use of the EbitdApp mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal and business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  
  

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
  
  

• Rent, lease, or resell the App.
  
  

3. Ownership

The App and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of EbitdApp. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EbitdApp is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including loss of data or profits.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Greece
