Dee Slattery hails from Dubuque, Iowa, the youngest of six children. She attended Cornell College where she earned her B.S. degree in Political Science. She attended graduate school at Catholic University, Washington DC where she worked as a legislative aide for her senior Congressmen and senior Senator. Subsequently she volunteered for several presidential campaigns including Clinton, Gore, and Obama.

After her work was completed on Capitol Hill, Dee moved to New York City and began a career in marketing within the fashion industry for leading brands, Nautica and Fendi. Her leadership was evident in developing strategies that resulted in explosive growth. Most recently Dee was a global marketing executive for $2BN international PPE company, Ansell, where she managed a $450M brand portfolio. Currently Dee is an advisor to entrepreneurs and CEOs providing branding and marketing expertise.

For the past five years, Dee has resided in Eatontown where she trains as a triathlete in running, biking and ocean swimming. She is single, and an aunt to 23 nieces and nephews. Dee is also a member of Eatontown’s Recreational Advisory Committee.
