Cancellation Policy:

50% of your order is considered a retainer and is always non-refundable. Being a small shop, Eat it Too, by Amie is only able to take a very limited number of custom orders for any given week. We must often decline other orders in order to secure your place- in doing so we ensure that every order we take gets the proper amount of attention devoted to it. Often times, custom items must be purchased for your order, or hand-made decorative elements of your order will need to be made in advance to give enough time for drying. Therefore, at least 2 full weeks notice is needed in order to cancel any custom order.

If cancellation is requested prior to 2 weeks of pickup date, 50% of your order deposit will be returned to you as store credit only. This credit can be used towards future custom orders only valid for one year starting from the date of cancellation. (No cash refunds). If cancellation is not requested within 2 full weeks, no partial credit will be received. Sorry, we cannot make exceptions for any reason.

*Customers receiving store credit have their credit stored for one year on file at Eat it Too, by Amie. After one year from the cancellation date, store credits expire.
