If you failed to start VPN. Please follow the steps to diagnose issue:
- Please make sure that the network of the device is opened.
- Please make sure that this app is allowed to use network.
- Please make sure that you have allow to add configuration to enable VPN.
- You may switch to other location servers and retry.
- You may switch the network to 4G/5G/Wifi and retry.
- You may restart the app to retry.
