Sheikh develop ("we," "us," or "our") provides Easy Volume Control (the "App"), a volume management and launcher application designed to provide convenient access to device sound controls and home screen features.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Volume Control accesses, uses, processes, and, where applicable, shares information when you use the App.
By using Easy Volume Control, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Core App Functions
Easy Volume Control provides features that may include:
- Convenient volume controls for media, calls, alarms, notifications, and other supported audio channels;
- Launcher and customized home screen functionality;
- Access to installed applications from the launcher;
- Home screen shortcuts and widgets;
- Wallpaper and home screen personalization features;
- App and web search functionality;
- Other tools designed to make device controls easier to access.
Certain features may require Android system permissions or access to device information. We request such access only when it is necessary to provide the relevant functionality.
2. Launcher Functionality
Easy Volume Control may function as a home screen launcher.
If you choose Easy Volume Control as your default Home app, it may replace or modify the appearance and layout of your current home screen. Your installed applications remain on your device and are not removed when you change your default launcher.
You may change your default Home app at any time through your Android system settings.
If you wish to uninstall Easy Volume Control while it is your default launcher, you may first select another launcher as your default Home app and then uninstall Easy Volume Control normally.
3. Installed Applications Access
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES / App Inventory Access
As a launcher, Easy Volume Control may need access to information about applications installed on your device in order to display your apps, organize them in the launcher interface, enable app search, and allow you to open installed applications.
Where required for this functionality, the App may use Android package visibility capabilities, including QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES.
Information about installed applications is used for core launcher functionality.
We do not use your installed-app inventory to sell personal information or build advertising profiles.
Where installed-app information is processed solely on your device for launcher functionality, it is not uploaded to our servers.
4. Volume and Audio Controls
Easy Volume Control allows you to manage supported system volume levels, such as:
- Media volume;
- Alarm volume;
- Notification volume;
- Ringtone volume;
- Call-related volume where supported by Android;
- Other device audio settings supported by your device.
The App may interact with Android system audio services to change these settings when you request an adjustment.
Easy Volume Control does not need to record your conversations or listen to the content of your audio simply to provide standard volume-control functionality.
5. Wallpaper and Personalization
Easy Volume Control may provide wallpaper and home screen personalization features.
If you choose to apply a wallpaper, the App may use Android system wallpaper functionality, including the SET_WALLPAPER permission where applicable.
If the App allows you to select your own image, it may request access to selected photos or media where necessary. Such access is used only to provide the feature you choose.
We encourage the use of Android's system photo picker where supported so that users can select specific images without granting unnecessary access to their entire media library.
6. Information We May Collect
Depending on the features you use and the third-party services integrated into the App, we may process limited technical information such as:
- Device model;
- Operating system and Android version;
- App version;
- Language and regional settings;
- General device information;
- App interaction and usage information;
- Crash reports and diagnostic information;
- Advertising identifiers or other resettable device identifiers;
- Approximate location inferred from technical information such as IP address, where applicable;
- Advertising performance information.
The exact data processed may vary depending on your device, region, Android version, consent choices, and the third-party services included in the App.
7. Advertising
Easy Volume Control may display advertisements.
Advertising providers may process certain information, such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, IP address, ad impressions, clicks, and other advertising interaction information, in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law.
Depending on your location and applicable legal requirements, you may be provided with consent or privacy controls relating to personalized advertising.
We do not sell your personal information directly to advertisers.
8. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services to support advertising, analytics, crash reporting, app performance, attribution, and other technical functionality.
These services may include, where integrated into the version of the App you use:
- Google AdMob – advertising;
- Google Firebase services – analytics, crash reporting, messaging, and app performance;
- Other advertising, analytics, attribution, or technical service providers integrated into the App.
Third-party providers may process information according to their respective privacy policies.

9. Search Functionality
If Easy Volume Control provides search functionality, searches for installed applications may be processed locally on your device.
If you choose to perform a web search, your search query may be transmitted to the selected search provider in order to return search results. Such information is then subject to the privacy practices of the relevant search provider.
We do not claim ownership of third-party search services.
10. Permissions
Depending on your device and the features available in your version of Easy Volume Control, the App may request permissions or system access including:
QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES
Used to identify and display installed applications where necessary for the App's core launcher functionality.
SET_WALLPAPER
Used to apply wallpapers selected by the user.
INTERNET
Used to access online content, advertising, analytics, remote resources, and other internet-based functionality.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Used to determine network availability and support online functionality.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Where applicable, used to deliver notifications after permission has been granted by the user.
Other permissions may be requested if required by specific features. When Android requires runtime permission, you may choose whether to grant it.
We aim to request only permissions necessary for the functionality being provided.

Information processed through Easy Volume Control may be used to:
- Provide and maintain App functionality;

Information processed solely on your device remains under your control and is generally removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall the App, subject to Android system behavior.

You may uninstall Easy Volume Control at any time.

16. Children's Privacy
Easy Volume Control is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.
If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable legal requirements, we will take reasonable steps to delete or appropriately handle that information.

17. International Users
Easy Volume Control may be available in multiple countries.
