EasyTiming Privacy Policy

EasyTiming respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how EasyTiming handles information when you use the application.

1. Information We Store

EasyTiming does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, location, contacts, or other personal identifiers.

The application may store the following information locally on your device:

● Process names you enter;

● Stopwatch and timer information;

● Measurement and history records;

● Custom icon images that you select from your device;

● Application settings and other information required for the application to function.

This information is stored and processed locally on your device.

2. Data Collection and Transmission

EasyTiming does not collect or transmit your personal information to our servers.

EasyTiming does not use:

● Advertising services;

● Analytics services;

● Tracking technologies;

● Crash-reporting services;

● User accounts or authentication;

● Cloud storage;

● Remote databases.

The data described above remains on your device and is not sent to EasyTiming or to third parties by the application.

3. Photos and Custom Icons

If you choose to create a custom icon, EasyTiming may access an image that you select from your device's gallery.

The selected image is processed and stored locally on your device for use as a custom icon. EasyTiming does not upload or transmit the image to any servers.

4. Notifications

EasyTiming uses local notifications to notify you when a timer finishes.

These notifications are generated and scheduled locally on your device. EasyTiming does not use remote push notifications in the current release and does not request or transmit push notification tokens.

5. XLSX Export and Sharing

EasyTiming can create .xlsx files containing your measurement data.

The files are generated locally on your device. Temporary files may be stored in the application's cache.

If you choose to share an exported file, Android's system share interface allows you to select another application or recipient. EasyTiming itself does not transmit the file to a server.

Once you share a file with another application, that application's own privacy policy and practices apply.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

For users of the free version, measurement records from previous calendar days are automatically deleted according to the application's data-retention functionality.

Other locally stored application data remains on your device until you delete it through the application or uninstall EasyTiming.

Uninstalling EasyTiming removes the application's local data from the device.

7. Data Security

EasyTiming does not transmit the locally stored application data to our servers.

Local application data is stored using the device's application storage. The current release does not use additional encryption for locally stored application data.

8. Third-Party Services

EasyTiming does not currently use third-party services for advertising, analytics, tracking, authentication, cloud storage, or remote data processing.

When you voluntarily share an exported .xlsx file using Android's sharing functionality, the selected third-party application receives the file according to its own functionality and privacy practices.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the application or its data practices change.

Any updated version will be published at this same location with a new "Last updated" date.
