Easy Planning is a planning app for Android devices. Tasks, dates, and preferences entered by the user are stored exclusively on the device via a local database. The app uses third-party services provided by Google for analytics, stability, and advertising, as described below.
2. Locally stored data

The following data is processed and stored locally on the device only:
• Text of tasks entered by the user
• Dates and times associated with tasks
• App preferences (theme, language, notifications, animations)
This data is never transmitted to external servers.
3. Google Firebase Analytics

Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage data to help us understand how users interact with the app and improve the experience. Data collected may include:
• App usage events (opens, screen navigation, features used)
• Device information (model, OS version, language)
• Anonymous identifiers (Firebase Instance ID)
This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Google Firebase Crashlytics

Firebase Crashlytics automatically collects information when the app crashes or encounters errors, in order to improve stability. Data collected may include:
• Error stack traces
• Device state at the time of the crash (available memory, disk space, battery state)
• Device model, OS version, and app version
• Crashlytics installation identifier
5. Google AdMob

The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and process data to serve ads, including:
• Device advertising identifiers (Advertising ID)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
• IP address (used for approximate location)
• Device and app information
You can manage your personalized ad preferences through your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
6. Required permissions

• Notifications: to send reminders for tasks with a scheduled time
• Vibration: to provide haptic feedback during use
• Boot startup: to restore reminders after the device is restarted
• Exact alarms: to ensure notifications are delivered precisely at the scheduled time

7. Data sharing

Data collected by third-party services (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and AdMob) is processed by Google according to their own privacy policies. We do not directly share user personal data with any other third parties.
8. Data retention

Local data remains on the device until the app is uninstalled. Data collected by Firebase and AdMob is retained by Google according to their own data retention policies.
9. Backup

App data may be included in Android's automatic backups, which are managed entirely by the operating system and the user's personal backup settings.
10. Data deletion

To delete local data associated with the app, simply uninstall it from your device. To request deletion of data collected by Google services, you can check your Google account settings or contact us at the address below.
